Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Thank you for booking your appointment. To ensure your experience is as smooth as possible, please keep the following policies in mind: 1. Non-Refundable Deposit Once the deposit is made to secure your appointment, it is non-refundable except in the following cases: • Force majeure: If a situation of force majeure arises that prevents the appointment from taking place, a refund may be considered based on the circumstances. • Tattoo artist’s failure: If the tattoo artist does not show up for the appointment or if the design is not ready as agreed, the deposit will be refunded. • Same-day appointment issues: If it is not possible to complete the tattoo on the scheduled day (e.g., last-minute changes by the client or insufficient time to finalize the design), no refund will be issued. However, the appointment can be rescheduled to complete the requested changes. 2. Rescheduling the Appointment If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If notice is given less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the appointment cannot be rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited. 3. Wait Time You will be given a maximum of 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you do not arrive within that window, your appointment will be considered a no-show and the deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduling will not be allowed. 4. Design Changes If you need to make changes to the design, these can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment. Any changes requested after this time, especially on the day of your appointment, may be possible, but you will need to reschedule to complete the changes. If you choose to cancel because of the changes requested, no refund will be issued, but you may reschedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and quality for all our clients.
